For people on a GLP-1, or thinking about starting one
Every weigh-in and lab since your first shot, on one steady line
shotday gathers your records, lab results and scale readings into one history and answers your questions from it, so you walk into every appointment knowing which way your weight and A1c are moving. It never prescribes.
7-day free trial, then $9 a month. Cancel anytime.
shotday is made by Triangle. You'll create your account at trianglehealth.com.

The problem
The numbers you care about are kept in four places
Each piece makes sense on its own. Together they rarely add up to a picture you can bring to a short appointment.
- 1Your weight, in a scale app on your phone.
- 2Your A1c and cholesterol, in a patient portal, or two.
- 3Your dose changes, in pharmacy messages.
- 4How each change went, in your head.
How it works
Three steps, and then it keeps itself current
-
Start your trial
Set up the profile for yourself, tell us where you live, and choose to connect your records.
-
Verify, sign, book
Confirm your identity and address, choose who can see your profile, sign the consent forms, and book an intake visit with a clinician.
-
Watch the line fill in
Triangle requests your records through the national networks, Carequality and TEFCA. Upload anything else, connect your scale or sensor, and set a reminder in plain words: “remind me every Thursday at 8 that it's shot day.” New records join as they arrive.
What you get
Labs, weight and doses, side by side
Your A1c, as a trend
A1c, cholesterol, kidney function and the rest become results you can follow over time, each with a plain-language explanation.
Your weight beside your labs
Readings from a Withings, Fitbit or Garmin scale, or glucose from a Dexcom or FreeStyle Libre, sit next to the rest of your file.
Your medications in one list
Drawn from your records, including pharmacy fills when your records contain them.
Answers from your own file
A chat that knows your history. A second check reviews its answers against the evidence before you rely on them.
A clinician's look at your history
A licensed clinician reviews your medical history as part of your membership.
Shot day, remembered
Reminders in plain words for shot day, a weigh-in or a lab draw, in the app and by notification.
All of this comes with membership: a 7-day free trial, then $9 a month. Share your profile with your doctor or someone at home whenever you choose.
Illustrative example
Ask what changed, and get your own numbers back
When the scale stalls, ask. shotday answers from your records and readings, lays out what changed and when, and helps you prepare questions for the person who prescribes for you. A second check then reviews the answer against your records.
Made-up example. Not a real person or real results.
My weight hasn't moved in five weeks. What does my file show since I started?
Here is what your records and scale show.
Your weight went from 214 lb in February to 201 lb by late June, and has stayed between 199 and 201 lb since. Your A1c was 7.1% in February and 6.4% in August. Your medication list shows your dose last changed on June 3.
Questions you might bring to Dr. Lin
- Is a plateau at this point expected for me?
- Is there anything to look at before my next lab draw?
Cancel before day 7 and you're not charged.
Your own assistant
Bring your numbers into Claude, ChatGPT or Grok
If you already ask an AI assistant about your health, connect it to shotday. With your permission it reads your records, labs, medications, notes and scale or sensor readings, and if you allow it, it can set reminders like your shot day.
Ask it things like
How has my weight moved since my dose last changed?
Line up my A1c results this year with my weigh-ins.
Remind me every Thursday at 8 that it's shot day.
- It reads only what you allow, inside Triangle. It can't change anything at a pharmacy, hospital or clinic.
- What it reads is handled under that assistant's own privacy policy, which Triangle doesn't control. Connect only one you trust.
- Disconnect any time in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, and access stops immediately.

Questions
What people ask first
- What does it cost?
- You start with a 7-day free trial. It needs a card, and if you cancel before day 7 you're not charged. After that it's $9 a month, and you can cancel any month; your records stay yours. Membership covers Triangle requesting your records from hospitals and clinics and keeping them updated as new ones arrive, the chat that answers from your own records, a review of your medical history by a licensed clinician, connecting your scale, sensor or other wearables, and uploading anything else you have.
- Can shotday prescribe a GLP-1, change my dose or coach me?
- No. Triangle never prescribes, and it doesn't diagnose, treat or replace your doctor. There are no meal plans or coaching. shotday helps you understand your records and prepare questions for the clinician who prescribes for you.
- Will it reach my doctor's office and my lab?
- Triangle requests records through the national networks, Carequality and TEFCA, which connect many hospitals, clinics and labs. Not every office is reachable that way, so you can upload anything else: PDFs, photos of paper results, discs or faxes. Triangle also shows what may be missing and helps you request it.
- What does setup ask of me?
- An identity check, your address, the consent forms that let Triangle request records for you, and an intake visit with a clinician. Then you choose who can see your profile.
- Who sees my information?
- You decide what to share, and with whom. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising, and no drug maker, laboratory or hospital pays Triangle. You can share your profile with your doctor or someone at home, and choose who can see it.
- I'm only thinking about starting one. Is this useful yet?
- Yes. Your history, recent labs and medication list in one place, with a plain-language summary, make that first conversation with a doctor easier to prepare for.
