What shotday does
Your labs and weigh-ins on one line
A1c, cholesterol, kidney function and your other labs turn into trends you can follow, each explained in plain language. Weigh-ins from a connected scale, or glucose from a Dexcom or FreeStyle Libre, run alongside them.
Your medications in one list
Every medicine in your records lands in one list, and pharmacy fills show up when your records carry them. You can hold it up against your weight and labs before an appointment.
Ask about a plateau
Ask what has moved since you started, and the chat answers from your records and readings, then a second check compares that answer with the evidence. It can also help you prepare questions for whoever prescribes for you.
Shot day, remembered
Tell shotday in plain words, “remind me every Thursday at 8 that it's shot day,” and the reminder comes in the app and as a notification. The same works for a weigh-in or a lab draw.
What makes shotday different
Weigh-ins next to the A1c
A device maker's app, such as Fitbit's or Garmin's, shows the readings from that maker's own devices. shotday sets those readings next to the lab results and medications in your records.
A doctor, a specialist, two labs
Your results may come from a primary care doctor, an endocrinologist and two different labs. Triangle requests records through Carequality and TEFCA so they land on one line, and anything missing can be uploaded.
It never prescribes
shotday doesn't prescribe, adjust a dose or coach you. It keeps your numbers in order for the conversation with your prescriber.
Members pay, drug makers don't
No drug maker pays Triangle, and neither does any lab or hospital. Members are the only ones who do.
Who uses shotday
- People taking a GLP-1 medicine who want their weight and A1c in one place
- People thinking about starting a GLP-1 who want their history ready for that first conversation with a doctor
- People who weigh in on a connected scale or wear a Dexcom or FreeStyle Libre sensor
- People whose weigh-ins, lab results and dose changes sit in separate apps, portals and pharmacy messages
The team behind shotday
shotday's story starts in 2023, when Arun Verma, who had held senior roles at Shopify and Atoms, learned he had a brain tumor and began tracking his own records and research by hand. He co-founded Triangle (Triangle Health, Inc.) with Jonathan Grubb and Justin Balthrop, runs it as CEO from Pasadena, California, and Triangle now makes shotday. It applies that work to the weekly rhythm of a GLP-1, keeping weigh-ins, A1c results and dose changes in one place.

How shotday works
Open your trial week
At Triangle, open shotday's 7-day free trial and decide whose numbers go on the line, your own or those of a parent or partner you look after.
Clear the paperwork
An identity and address check, the consent forms that let Triangle request records in your name, and an intake visit with a clinician come before anything is requested.
Watch the line fill in
Carequality and TEFCA carry Triangle's request for your records, and your A1c and medication history join the line as they come back. Pair a scale or glucose sensor and add a shot-day reminder in plain words.
Bring the line to your doctor
Then scan the medication list and health topics, ask about a stall or a dose change, share with your doctor or someone at home, and plug in Claude, ChatGPT or Grok if you use one. If anything about shotday is unclear, Triangle's support address is support@trianglehealth.com.

Frequently asked questions
Is shotday only for people already on a GLP-1, and who makes it?
No, it's also for people weighing one up who want their weight, labs and medicines read together from their own records. shotday is made by Triangle, and signing up creates a Triangle account.
Is shotday $9 a month after the trial?
Yes. You'll put a card down to begin a 7-day free trial, and after that week shotday is $9 a month. Cancel in any month, the first one included.
Can shotday prescribe, or replace my doctor?
No. shotday never diagnoses, treats, prescribes or touches your dose, because Triangle made it as research and educational support. Your prescriber and your other clinicians make every medical decision.
Will ChatGPT, Claude or Grok see my weigh-ins if I use shotday?
They see nothing until you connect one. Each one links up by MCP through https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp, you pick on the consent screen which weigh-ins, labs and medications it may read, and trianglehealth.com/agents walks through the setup for each.
Where do my weigh-ins and labs live, and who can see them?
Weigh-ins and labs stay encrypted, at rest and in transit, inside Triangle's HIPAA compliant service. None of it is ever sold or handed to advertisers, and your profile is visible only to the people you invite.
I'm only thinking about starting a GLP-1. Is shotday useful yet?
Yes. Your history, recent labs and medication list in one place, with a plain-language summary, make that first conversation with a doctor easier to prepare for.
Does shotday include meal plans or coaching?
No. There are no meal plans, nutrition programs or coaching. shotday keeps your records, labs and readings together and helps you prepare questions for your care team.
Which scales and sensors can I connect?
Scales and sensors from Withings, Fitbit, Garmin, Dexcom and FreeStyle Libre connect, and so do Oura, Whoop, Polar and Samsung Health, among others. Their readings sit next to your records, so a weigh-in or a glucose reading appears beside your lab results.
